Fettuccine Alfredo August 23, 2009

Yesterday we went to Joyce and Brett’s again. This time we made Fettuccine Alfredo from scratch. I have never made noodles before and I must say it was fun. I am interested in making it again, but not sure I will give up the ease of pre-made.

First you start with dough and rolling it out…

When it finally gets to the right texture you let it dry for 10-15 min.

After drying you cut it into the desired noodle size.

After cutting the noodles, they need more drying time.

Nothing to take a picture of compared to those little desserts. Besides, leftover brownies didn’t even make it home.

I thought pot stickers were next.
